Fuck up days

Yesterday was a bad start to the week. I can't believe I actually broke down in front of everyone just before lecture starts. & guess what, just now I had to stay under the blk just to cry and let everything out before I could go home. Is it only when I'm sad then would everyone be happy? Is it? Why some people can be this fucking selfish. Not anyone but my own family members. No words could express how disappointed I felt after I left the clinic. Fucking upset that I really wanna curse and swear.
